I am a mature 35 year old single mother of two. My daughter (10yrs old) lives with my mom for the time being until I’m able to afford an apartment of my own hopefully within a year. my son (14). I am very clean and do not mind cleaning up after others (to an extent) I do not have any company besides a few family members occasional. My children are well behaved and polite. I’m not very picky . I very rarely smoke however I do not smoke in any of my previous houses but I do not mind if roommate smokes as long as it is outside or in their room and not in shared living quarters. I am friendly however I have no problem keeping to myself if you prefer me too keep my life separate from yours as much as possible. I’m an easy going Christian who . you would never have to worry about any random people coming in and out of the house. I spend most of my time outside of the home either working or with family. I am just looking to move closer to my son and daughter. I am incredibly respectful and accepting of all kinds of people who live different lifestyles. I have no problem if you have House rules / curfews etc. If you would like to meet me in person in a public place or video chat to get a better feeling of the kind of person I am.
