This is an update on my roommate search: We checked in detail, and there are several 2/2 apartments available in the Pine Island Ridge area in Davie, ready to move in within 3-6 weeks. The prices range from 2000 to 2400/month, which of course would be split. Let me know if you are interested so we can move forward. – I am a 41-year old with Down Syndrome.
