Self employed truck driver. Looking for someone to split the rent with, as I now have a truck note to pay each month. I’m typically mostly home on weekends but will be home during the week sometimes. I have an extra room in a 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom townhouse in Marion, it’s unfurnished. Quiet neighborhood. I stay to myself and I love sports. No drama, no craziness. I’m clean and would like a roommate who’s the same. Preferably no pets, although I like dogs, but the pet fee here will be an additional $250 deposit, and an extra $50 each month. Rent is $825, need someone willing to split half. Water and utilities are separate. Very chill, down to earth and could use a new friend!
