Hi! I’m a bubbly personality, but also introverted at times. I’m an ambivert so I’m down to party but I also have nap days. I am looking to sublet into an apartment Looking for an apartment/condo, I would like to have one roommate two at the max, but as long as we all have the same opinions (I almost always “close the kitchen” and deep clean the common areas at least once a month) . I enjoy having tidy spaces, I don’t have allergies, and I am open to new experiences. I like to have fun, go swimming, and to cook casually. Occasionally I like to make art, and I appreciate nature and animals. I cannot live with pets. I would like at least a pool, (maybe even a hot tub, a gym is optional), a bathroom to self is necessary. Not in college anymore, I’m a swim instructor and substitute teacher so I mostly work mornings/afternoons :) I do have a car so parking would be needed. I am responsible, respectful, and very in tune with my surroundings. I have good credit and always pay bills early or on time. Please do NOT be shy to text or call and leave a message! Ty!
