Hey there . I think you have a cool spot , so my situation is I recently got a job near your location and am willing to move closer to work since am traveling almost an hour for work. My lease ends this week and I need a place to stay for now to familiarize myself with the neighborhood and then eventually move ( which am not in no hurry at the moment if the stay works out ). Am super busy with work and also have a second job lined up which will be keeping me out of the house most of the time. Just need a place to take care of my basic needs so if you consider would like to meet you and the roomies thanks
