Hi! I’m a queer person who is originally from NYC. I’ve been living in Santa Rosa for over a year now and I love it here, but I am open to other parts of Sonoma County. My budget is somewhat flexible. I am currently on a month-to-month lease until I find a more permanent residence, but I’d like to find a place soon–either a room in an apartment/house with others or a studio/1-bed on my own. I’m looking for a home that will welcome me and my two indoor-only cats (3 yr old male & 1 yr old female). Both are on regular flea prevention, provided with plenty of toys & scratching posts, and never have accidents outside of their litter boxes. They’re friendly towards people and generally curious/open to other friendly animals. I’d be happy to tell you more about them if you have any questions! As a housemate, I’d describe myself as responsible, unobtrusive, and diplomatic. I value open communication and honesty. I like making friends and meeting new people, but overall I’m pretty introverted. I am a somewhat regular cannabis-user, but I will abide by your comfort level and never smoke in the house. Lastly, I’d prefer to live with people who are vaccinated.
