I’ve lived in Ojaii and Oak View all my life I know a lot about the area. I am quiet and I go to bed early in the evening so the house is vacant for all the other tenants. I have caregivers that help me keep the house clean, etc. Yes I am disabled and in a wheelchair but I am very independent and busy in our community. My brother could build a temporary ramp for me to get in the house. Thank you for considering me.
