Hi! I’m looking for a bedroom, private bathroom, and pool. Im still in the condo I’ve been renting for the past two years in St Petersburg, but my lease will be up and the owner is selling the condo.I will be getting my own place eventually, but since I planned on renewing my lease and didnt know she would be selling till just recently I’m looking to do this and have more time to look for another place. I’m looking for six to twelve months with a female only. I am looking to move at the end of November, first week of December, but can be flexible if move in needs earlier in November. I will consider more long term if the situation is good for us both! I’m responsible, pay my bills on time( usually early), extremely clean, considerate, quiet, trustworthy, friendly, positive, chill, kind, and very respectful of bounderies and privacy. I can pass a background with flying colors and have good credit. I’m very active and a foodie. I love all things water! I love day trips, adventures, and discovering new places! I love eating out and discovering the best restaurants. I also love to cook. I just try to enjoy every minute of life. Always looking to learn and discover something new! I love all animals, especially dogs. My dog passed two years ago and my heart is still broken. I hope to find a nice place were I can feel secure, safe, and comfortable. I also need a roomate that is responsible, trustworthy, considerate,clean, and respects bounderies and my things as much as I will theirs and this could be a wonderful situation! Good luck to us all!
