Hey! Air Force Veteran here, recently finished my degree in IT/cybersecurity. Thinking about putting down roots in Knoxville long-term, but want to get a feel for the area before committing, so I’m looking for a room to start.

I’m clean, quiet, and organized. Always into some kind of hobby but the consistent ones are tennis (soon to be pickleball), gaming, and whatever outdoors.

I’m big on keeping common areas clean and functional. I’m the type of person who cleans as I go, stays on top of my own laundry, and keeps my things in my own space so the house stays easy to live in for everyone. I’m really just looking for a similar environment where we both respect the shared space.

I have a cat named Bones. Indoor only, well-behaved, not a problem. I do need a spot for his litter robot though!

What I’m looking for: A calm, low-drama situation. Quiet evenings, mutual respect, that’s really all I need.

I’ll likely have a job lined up by the time I move in, but either way I’m covered, plenty of savings and steady GI Bill income. I’ll have rent on autopay.
