Hey all. I’m looking for a place to rent. I’m on fixed income/disability. I work 3-4 days a week. My cat Nova, comes with me, she’s being registered as ESA. I keep shared spaces clean, and keep my cats litterbox clean, and won’t have you taking care of her. if need be her litterbox can stay in my room. she’s attached to the hip to me, same for me, to her. 🥲🥰 I keep to myself a lot, + I love to clean randomly at times, and I like to bake sometimes. I do aerial fitness (hammock, silks, pole) in my free time..otherwise I am home in my room, usually with my cat, watching Netflix or reading, and sometimes out with friends. I’m able to do $400 a month comfortably. I know that’s slim…But if someone is willing to work with me, I would be able to do another $100, the following paycheck..making it $500 month on my end. ❇️❕Looking to stay in Clinton township, or closer to work ideally..Warren area, fraser, roseville, Clawson, troy, Sterling Heights, hazel park, oak park etc. …would be okay with Redford again (preferably 6/telegraph area if so) Thanks in advance. ❇️ Would also love a friendship too instead of just roomies, but I can respect whatever💛 preferably a female friend roomie! Not opposed to anyone, just want to make sure I’m comfortable. I would also still need to see the place before just saying yes.. as I need to accommodate myself, as I am a double amputee and do some things differently! I know what I can and can’t do for the most part. I am to be the judge of what’s to accommodate, I don’t need special things, I’ve accommodated myself all my life, just need to be able to see/walk through the place myself. I appreciate any help. My furbaby and I have been moving around many months, this was our longest stay but things happen and I understand. ideally, would like something that doesn’t necessarily have a time frame for me, a year or two would be great for me😅 a forever home is most ideal. I’ve been moving quite a lot the last 6 months (for various reasons, ex: too much stairs every day, cat and cat fought a lot, distance to/from work), and something stable and long term would be nice right now.
