Hi! I just moved to North County from Utah for work a couple of months ago with my cute pup Zola. I found the perfect 3 bedroom place in Oceanside but unfortunately my current roommate doesn’t qualify. I’m looking for two roommates with a 700+ credit score to share the spot! It’s two miles from the beach in a gated neighborhood and it’s technically two apartments (one side is a one bedroom which I’m hoping to take with a smaller kitchen/living room and one side with two bedrooms, a larger kitchen and larger living room) but they’re renting it out as a 3 bedroom, so there are two kitchens and two sets of washer/dryers. All brand new appliances and no one has lived there since the remodel. Rent would be about $1,350 each with utilities included.

Zola is a small 8 pound mix that looks like a little fox. We like to hike and she pretty much goes everywhere with me (even to work). She is registered as an ESA. I work 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday and am at my boyfriends probably 80% of the time when I’m not working. If you’re looking for a roommate that’s not home much, I’m your girl haha. When I am home, I like to make jewelry and kinda just chill.
