I’m structure oriented and easy going. I work about 50-60+ hours/week depending on overtime. If I’m not working I am very physically active: weight training, swim, bike, run….martial arts in the past (BJJ/wrestling). Like to watch UFC once in awhile if I’m not working, but not so much anymore. Been watching Game of Thrones lately in my downtime. No drama kind of person. Accept everyone’s differences and treat people the way I want to be treated. Respect privacy, peace and quiet. Not looking for a party house. I am handy with the basic handyman stuff around the house and can help owner save money if any future repairs are needed.
