I am Jim, 45 male. I am looking for a room to stay for at least 6 months. I am a meticilous, tidy, and an easy going person. I keep clean where I live and I like cooking, Mediterranean cuisine, mostly. I love running, cycling and swimming. I like to help people and volunteering, and treat others with dignity and respect while expecting others to do the same ( this is my code ). Looking for a room close to MCO-Orlando Airport, close to Lake Nona area. I am also interested in teaming up, no gender preference, looking for responsible and integrated person. My profession DOES NOT tolerate any kind of drug, smoke, weed, pot, edibles,or whatever you name it. I am subject to random testing, this is a definite redflag for me.
