I’m searching for a roommate who shares the same budget as me, to split the cost of a 2-bedroom, 1-2 bathroom house or townhome. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that includes a yard or outdoor space, and a garage.

On weekdays, I work from Monday to Friday, going into the office everyday unless I need to WFH. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy engaging in various sports such as hiking, swimming, skiing, pickle ball and any Volo leagues. Additionally, I like hanging with friends and spending time with friends at home, as well as attending concerts and visiting bars, primarily on weekends. I frequently travel due to work and can sometimes be gone for more than 10 days at a time.

I currently live in the highlands and looking to move from my current place because I live alone and would like to reduce some monthly costs. It is important to me that the shared house is kept clean, so I hope to find a roommate who is willing to contribute to the cleanliness of the space. I grew up with a no shoes in the house environment and would like to keep it that way. It would be great to share enjoyable experiences together while respecting each other’s privacy and independence. Please let me know if you think I’m a good fit. My current lease ends oct 1 and would like to move in to a new place before that! My budget is flexible if we find the right place.
