I m a medically retired army veteran on a fixed income who is always busy working currently in the process of getting a government job in the area. I have no debt I’m very clean. I am a little shy at first but do get along with others even though I’m often quiet till I get to know people. Looking for a place In the area or possible roommate to split a place for the next 12 months while I establish myself than will consider getting a house and renting out spare rooms. I have plenty of money put away and get a retirement check as well.
