Hi! My name is Julia.

Born/raised in South Florida. I have been in Vegas for just under 2 years now (and planning on living in Vegas long-term).

Ideally I would like to find a place that is no more than 20 mins from LAS Airport (I am a Flight Attendant).

I am currently living in Enterprise, but am looking to move since my landlords/ roommates are having a baby.

Looking for an unfurnished room with a private bathroom. Must have parking available and an in-unit washer/ dryer.

Flexible on lease-length. Minimum 6-months. If it’s the right fit, I would love to get settled in, and not have to stress over moving again, anytime soon.

My vices are Pinot Grigio, and I vape, so if that is a deal-breaker, we will not be a good fit.

I love gardening (I’ve acquired quite a few indoor succulent plants), and LOVE animals! If you have any pets, that’s even better! No snakes, please. (Sadly my work schedule doesn’t allow me furr-babies.)

I am looking to find a place ASAP, so I can begin moving my furniture and things when I’m between my work trips. (Perhaps we can work out a pro-rated rent amount for a partial April rent?)

My current room rental is up at the end of April, but I may be able to extend that, if it is for the right place and with the right roomies.
