Hi there, I’m Ashley and my cat, Tank, and I are looking for a friendly and safe place to be with other young professionals focused on career and/or school. My education is my number 1 priority; I study a lot and spend a fair amount of time on campus. I’ll be working 2 nights a week at a local restaurant and usually go home to be with family and my boyfriend 2 weekends a month. Tank can easily go with me and is fine staying in the bedroom if it’s big enough and has good light with windows to watch the goings on outside. I’m quiet, clean and tidy, in my 30’s, and like to watch movies, cook, do yoga, and spend time with a few close friends. Tank is super cool and he’s my Emotional Support Animal; he’s a mellow 10 year old tabby that is healthy and up to date on shots. I have personal, work, and past landlord references. I drink some, but am not a partier and don’t want to be kept up by parties. I don’t smoke but am cannabis friendly. I drive a large truck (May be trading it in with gas prices, but it was better for the mountains and ranch), that doesn’t fit in most car ports, but I’d prefer to park off the street. I’m artistic and mellow and just looking for a stable situation until December. If it’s a good match, I’ll stay longer, as I have 4 semesters total, including this one.
