Hello(: my partner and I are looking for a place to rent currently. I am 23 and he will be 22. Currently we will be working full time. I do not have a current timeline, as we live with family at the moment. We are not loud by any means, and mainly work. I just recently graduated from Chico State with my BA and he just finished school as well. So we are in a transition period for sure. He will be changing employment and moving down here from northern Ca. (Chico, hence the chico state haha)

I have lived on my own the past 5 years, so i am very reliable in terms of rental agreements and such. We have two cats that are both fixed as well
