Hi guys, just accepted an offer for a new Job in SLo and so I will be moving to SLO in January and wondering what the rent situation is like. I’m definitely interested in having a roommate or two as the area is a bit pricey for my tastes. While my budget is ultimately 2k/month, for me the lower the better. I’m looking for a working professional/professionals who are interested in collaborating and figuring out an agreeable living situation for 2023, preferably roommates with a 1 year + timeline in mind.

A little about me: I work in the healthcare industry, and have done so for just short of 5 years. I work nights, so usually sleeping during the days. I’m familiar with the area and love the region and the downtown area.
