I’m Ed. I work part-time as a Security Officer and take classes full-time, year-round. My ideal budget for rent and utilities is $800/month.

I am looking to split an apartment with one or two roommates (having my own bedroom). I am tidy and hygienic. I cook dinner for myself about 3-4 times per week. In my free time, I enjoy nature walks, reading, and listening to music. I also play acoustic guitar, but will not play at home if needed. An independent lease for a room would be ideal, but not necessary. I am flexible about a move-in date between now and August 15th.
