Hi! My name is Ryan, I am a 26 year old Journeyman lineman working in Salinas for Michels Pacific Energy. I am currently working at least 6 days a week. I typically work over 70 hours a week, and in my limited free time I try to stay active by going to the gym at least 5 days a week if possible. I am clean, easy going, responsible, new to the area, quiet, courteous, and respectful of those around me. I have a very healthy and consistent proof of income, with perfect credit. I have no criminal history, do not party, nor do I smoke or do any drugs whatsoever.

The reason I am looking to rent a room is I just purchased my first home near Redding, CA which I am so excited about, but I cannot relocate my job until after the first of the year.
