Hi, I’m 37 and I work full time. I’m looking for a room with a private bath (private bath is essential) I’m looking for a place that is clean, reasonably quiet with friendly people. I do work and am in my room but am also open to making acquaintences in common spaces. Ive lived at the same place for three years and want a long term stay (I can provide a landlord reference).
