I’m a 24 year old from South Georgia. I was stationed to California when I joined the military and liked it so much I didn’t leave. I two cats who I love dearly and they are both big sweethearts who loves rubs and scratches. I prefer no dogs. She hasn’t been around other cats yet.

Other important information: I’m a full-time student, I like to clean up after myself and keep the common areas clean at the very least. We can both contribute to cleaning supplies equally to keep it fair and could always talk about that more. I like interaction if you do so I would be down with game nights, movie nights, and stuff like that, however we also don’t have to do any of that as well because I also really like my alone time too.

I prefer unit laundry and a parking spot because I will have my vehicle. Also the master bedroom or a very large room with a private bathroom.

420/vape friendly (I use a pen), but not cigarette friendly. I don’t mind if you do I would prefer not to have the place smell like weed in the common areas so please be conscious about it. :)
