Hi! :) I’m a single high school art and art history teacher and part-time artist looking to live with one or two other fun, artsy, nerdy people (any gender, ~25-40 years old) in Orange, Floral Park, or Tustin. Looking for a smoke-free, cat-free (love them, but I’m allergic) household, preferably a condo or home that is not owned by the Irvine Company, and the ability to set up some sort of studio or office space that is separate from where I sleep (I’ve been living the ‘studio and bedroom are the same space’ life for several years and it’s not working for me).

I’m a quiet roommate who avoids drama, is committed to keeping common areas clean, and is 100% happier when there is at least one dog in the house 🐶. Please let me know if you’re interested: I’m looking to move early-mid August 2026 😎
