Hello, I am expecting to start a new job at Eli Lilly in Branchburg soon. I am a very clean, quiet, respectful person. I have one very well-behaved cat who mostly keeps to herself. I don’t drink or smoke or anything. I do not expect to have any guests, or only very rarely. I am just looking to focus on my job and relax/study at home in my off-time.

It is very important to me to have mutual respect between roommates regarding things like cleaning responsibilities, paying rent, noise levels, sharing common areas.
