My name is Sid Lynch and im looking to apply for this room rental. Im a Marine stationed at pendlton looking for a place to keep a few things and to sleep at night. I work alot and dont expect any guests or pets. Im clean and organized and will be mostly out of the way majority of the time. Just need a spot. I make over 6k a month and can provide paystubs throught the dept of defense so rent wont be an issue. Lookin to move in at the end of may but can pay the deposit sooner to secure the spot if needed.
