Will

My name is Will. I’m 23 and I’m originally from Phoenix, Arizona but I am looking to I am hoping to move to Minnesota, specifically in the suburbs south of the Minnesota River. My friends would describe me as down-to-earth, kind, funny, relaxed, and supportive. In my free time I like to write, and play music. I’m a frequent concert goer too!

For work I am a piano, vocal, and songwriting teacher. I usually work in the afternoons/evenings from 2 PM to 8 PM. Although I am so involved with music, it won’t be an issue regarding noise. I like to work and write in private. All of my singing is done in my car, at my job, or my parents house.

I am usually asleep by midnight every night and up by 8:30 AM. Sometimes though when I’m feeling productive I’ll be asleep by 10:30 PM and up at 6 AM!

I can be a pretty social person, but I enjoy my quiet and down time. I’d prefer a place where we can have our friends over, but not a place where people are constantly hanging out. I am also open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties! I think it’d be a lot of fun to get to meet some new people.

I am a tidy person. I always clean my dishes right after I am done eating, and I don’t leave my belongings laying around. I am a team player and I am always willing to help out with house chores, cleaning, and maintenance projects.

My budget is $900 a month out the door, and I need a place with free parking. I am looking to move to Minnesota the week of the October 10th 2022. I am hoping to find a place in the south suburbs of the Twin Cities. I would prefer, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Shakopee, Eden Prairie, Prior Lake, Chaska, and Chanhassan. I would like my own bedroom, and my own bathroom too. I am open to living with 1 to 3 roommates for a maximum total of 4 people. I would prefer to live with guys around my age too.

I am not a smoker and do not want to live with smokers.
