Valentine

I am an elderly gentleman with some pretty bad hearing loss. So I am not sure if I am loud or not honestly. I am home most of the time and I cook my dinner every evening. I like to have a toddy or a glass of red wine most days/nites. No pets. Grown children live out of state and a brother and sister in Vero. 12-month lease. Need a large room (bed, dresser, sofa, small table) with an attached bath and laundry/ kitchen privileges and paid utilities.
