Straight up “Horrible” Experience! These two individuals Paul Moore & Nancy Moore rent a 200’sq ft bed room on 2nd floor. Major cigarette smoker,home wreaks! “Filthy” is an understatement.At time of appointment kitchen was very cluttered, Np,as I walked past the LV & DR & up an unlighted stairwell the smell of urine became heavier,passing bath room at top felt it may be wax toilet ring, passing rm1 it was stuffed wall 2 wall with everything imagionable. Odor of just plain old & stagnant! 2nd rm was dark,dingy,all of 1970’s,shag cpt.,dark brown 70’s panelling,(wiped down head board area 1st nite,actually a Lite Beige,,cig stained),matted carpet, bits & pieces of what not? They say no vaccum in house but,I can go Walmarts If I Like& git 1…shoulda left 54 steps ago. Being on the road 11 days now & $600 negociated down. I said well,can I give you $150 & see how the week goes & I’ll give you $450 next “Wednesday”, 1 week to the day!! Okay, we all agreed. Humped a couple suitcases,basic stuff for 3 days only. Mistake #2. To make a story short, showered,water up to ankle,hair in drain so thick,cleared it & still no drainage, worse, now exiting shower,Shit! dried on!! all over left side of toilet if your in piolet seat. No cleaner or brush,used tooth paste & Rubbing Alcohol, & not my tooth brush:) By now 3 days that’s it. Thursday?? I’m asked for another $100. THAT nite I’m asked AGAIN for $100. Early Friday morning Paul comes INTO my room while I’m sleeping!!’ in the dark,,Asking me for the TV remote controll…. ???,,ahhh full alert here now! it’s 3:23 am WTF!! Bad atmosphere here. I stayed 5 nites anyway when he said they’re going away for weekend,be back late Sunday nite. Jump to Monday .I was immediately asked for $$$,said I’m leaving tonight but,was 95% packed. To end here!! this idiot Nancy took my car keys,from My ignition,as Paul blocked the only accessable door to exit & began yelling! about?? Couldn’t understand him.LOUDLY .So taken back here,when I asked for my keys they said leave your bags as collateral I had to call the cops. He assaulted me with a fork to my left forearm as I brushed it off to the left but,a couple of tines pierced my skin & bled heavily. As I’m on with dispatcher this assholes yelling to the cops arrest him…he has two guns in his trunk…I said No! & I’m a retired Dective by the way. I ended up just leaving,no complaint filed just wanted to get the hell out! He wanted mel arrested for theft said the Sgt. I asked for what? He said $100,what do you want to do it’s a domestic & bla bla bla. Beware here, if you don’t believe just go there ,,,& say I’d like to rent your room. It’ll be a true nite mare…
