Hi! I am a pre-nursing student at Sierra College and am working part-time, however, I am about to get a second job. I have 1 cat who is very friendly and sweet. I am either looking for a place to rent for just myself or with my mom who is 58, works, and has 1 large dog (Who is with her almost all the time) and 1 elderly cat. My mom and I are hoping to rent a house with at least 1 other person however 2 people would be great. We are both very clean, friendly, and mature, and we are looking for roommates who are similar. I won’t be home super often and my mom is very quiet, so no need to worry about being disturbed!
