I am looking for a room to rent. A Casita would be ideal. I am busy with work during most days and need a safe reliable place to sleep. I am a single mom and will spend most of the time with my kids when I’m not working. My kids do not live with me but will come visit. I will usually get home late and leave early. I am an easy roommate to live with because I am respectful and nice and keep my spaces clean. I am a good communicator and am very non judgemental. I understand everyone’s life is there’s to live, as mine is. I will never be late with rent.
