Jake

Hi, my name is Jake and I am currently living alone in downtown Cleveland. I work in Warrensville Heights in sports management, so I am looking to move into a place to be closer to work, as I highly value routine. I am a 27 year old male and I mostly just work, exercise, and read. I am easy to get along with and am looking for one other person to move in with! I am about to sign a lease in a nice, quiet building right near John Carroll University in University Heights. Rent would be $500. No gender preference, ages 21-32 ideal. It is a decent sized 2 bedroom, 1 full bath unit in a great location. Very clean building, non-smokers only please. Not too picky, as I am definitely a people person! I just want to at-least get along!
