Hi, I am an active guy with a decent job. I am starting an online business as well. I need a fairly quiet place because I work remotely 4 days a week and have frequent zoom meetings. Music in the background would not work, but I’m totally cool with music when I’m not working. I’m clean, and very resourceful/handy. Also an interesting conversationalist! I have had a number of roommate arrangements in the past so I understand the typical roommate types of boundaries.
