I’m Zach. TLDR; Stable job, Clean Record, Great Rental History, No Health Issues, Clean as Heck, and Keeps to Ones Self.

Also; I have no kids, no animals, and no significant other and now that I’ve placed all those words into a sentence I’m reevaluating my life.

I’m very happy with myself. I’m making sure that mature decisions are taken and decisions aren’t made in haste.

I’m hella positive. I am also far from perfect. Ostentatious self-portrayals are ubiquitous on here, and It’s our innate instinct to feel as though we need to appear like flaws are for the birds. No one is a perfect roommate, and neither am I. Effective, and mature communication is vital when you live with someone else. For example; If a fragrance I wear ( Versace Pour Homme, mostly ) bothers you because you’re sensitive to it just let me know and I have no issue making sure you never have to worry about it again.

I’ll do my best at covering the customary and understandable topics that I would at least find important.

I will have no issue paying rent on time every month and have verifiable rental history and income which can be provided at your request.

I am very clean, but I understand everyone is different and have no issues with someone who is a little bit messier.

I’m completely sober but honestly don’t give a shit if you partake.

I dont mind if the room has a bed but I would prefer if the room is empty as I love maintaining a perfect aesthetic.

I honestly keep to myself most of the time and I make sure to be overtly cognizant when respecting the space of others.

I often regret this statement; but over the years I have acquired a set of skills. Skills that have allowed me to fix most phones and computers. I also sit on my throne as the king of Nerdlandia when it comes to “making the internet work again”.

I work for T-Mobile (not in the store, the call center) in East Tampa and def prefer staying closer to work, opposed to farther. I work a “hybrid” schedule on a 4 by 10, so 2 days I work from home, 2 days I’m in office. I can expand this distance as I currently live in Carrolwood and as long as it’s in the Bay area I’m cool with it.

I am very into graphic design and am often found in front of my computer curating and expanding my ability to place what’s in my head into a vector/raster based image.

I am an active and avid ally for the LGBTQIA+ community, and have an immense amount of respect for all pronouns.

I’m very easy-going. I buy fake plants because I enjoy the aesthetic but have the foresight to not let yet another plant die under my care, and I have my own vacuum…..and I use it.
