Hey, East coast native that goes by Josh! My main financial support is currently as an administrative assistant for a College of Art + Design. Currently, after work I’ve been focused on creating my gaming stream/photography platform.

But what am I looking for in a rental?! I’m looking for a peaceful clean space away from my outside life/work where I can recharge and be in my zone playing/editing content! I’m social, personable, and transparent. My foundations are built with authenticity, trust, and respect. I expect/give nothing less! More importantly I’m organized and hyper aware of my cleanliness! (No dishes, no trash, or food/cooking trails) So let’s be friends, let’s be cordial, or even be solely communicative via text (if you’re an introvert). But for these temporary living statuses lets be genuine, clean and help/understand one another. Look forward to meeting whomever!
