Hey,

I’m Josh, but I go by Jet. Solo, just figuring things out and building something real for myself. Just moved back to east coast after being in CA for 5 years. Lately I’ve been focused on growing my film photography platform, along with Twitch streaming and editing .

I’m currently relocating to the DC area for a full-time role as a telecommuter working with students in the VA area, which will be my main financial foundation alongside with my side gigs.

What I’m looking for in a rental is simple: a peaceful, clean environment where I can recharge and stay in my creative zone. I’m social, personable, and transparent, but I also respect space; whether that means being cool, friendly, or just keeping things communicative and lowkey.

I take cleanliness seriously; no dishes piling up, no trash left around, no mess. I move with respect, and I expect the same in return. At the end of the day, I just want a solid, stress-free living situation where everyone can coexist comfortably and authentically.
