I’m a semi-retired female. I work part time, afternoons, as an Occupational Therapist Assistant doing visits for a Home Health Agency in patient’s homes. My visits vary weekly. I’m compassionate, honest, friendly, pay my rent on time, clean up after myself and get along well with others. I have electronic medical notes I have to do in the evenings during the week, so I’m in my room often. I’m fairly quiet and I believe easy to live with. I am looking for a room with my own private bathroom or half bath. It would need to have laundry and kitchen privileges. My budget is anywhere from 600.00 to 800.00 Preferred price range. I’m looking for a room that’s not in the basement.
