Returning to school and will be finding part time employment. I have extensive savings and very good credit. Friendly, quiet and clean. I’m courteous and laid back and easy to reason with. I don’t smoke weed or cigarettes and rarely drink alcohol. I have no problem with no alcohol or marijuana as a condition. However, I don’t mind if people smoke marijuana, smoke cigarettes (outside) or drink. I am not a party animal. I would prefer 30+, calm individuals. I’m not anti-social but have no problem living with someone who prefers a more quiet arrangement. I have family in the area and would be spending a fair amount of time visiting them. I take care regarding covid and am twice vaccinated.
