I’m a 40 year old female business owner with no children who is finishing up with a divorce. I signed over ownership of my house to my husband in favor of building my business and opening a commercial location. I have 2 sweet dogs, but they can live at my work if that’s a dealbreaker for the living arrangements. I drive a MINI Cooper and belong to MINIS of New Jersey car club. We do fun driving events and even big vacations together! It’s a lot of fun. I do not smoke cigarettes or weed, but I don’t care if you do. I do smoke cigars with my boyfriend- but never indoors. I drink some, but nothing excessive. Ideally, I would like to be friendly with any roommate. We don’t have to be besties, but a like for the other individual and basic respect is a must. I’m an adult and know how to clean up after myself without being anal retentive about it- it would be great if that could go both ways. 🙂
