Hello!

My name is Adam Ferris and I am hoping to find a temporary room to rent for me and my small well behaved pup (french bulldog) in San Diego while we search for a studio apartment.

We are relocating from the Bay Area to start a new biotech position close to Mira Mesa on the 12th of September. As mentioned, I am a professional scientist, quiet, clean and respectful to all walks of life.

If there is the possibility for some initial flexibility for move-in costs, I am happy to pay an additional fee on the first pay cycle as a measure of consideration to get settled in the area. As well, I will provide my offer letter as proof for income verification.

I love the outdoors and likely will spend a lot of time away from the apartment when not working and on weekends. My main goal is consistent and a safe place for my pup, woof!
