Shenice

Hi there! My name is Shenice. I’m a clinical supervisor in the field of applied behavior analysis, where I work with children with developmental needs. I’m currently in the final stretch of my career journey, I’ve completed my master’s degree and am actively studying for my board certification exam (BCBA). Life is a little transitional right now, which is what brings me to a roommate situation, but I’m a stable, responsible professional with consistent income. I pride myself on being quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful. The kind of roommate who does what they say, keeps shared spaces tidy, and never gives anyone a reason to knock on their door with a complaint. I’m an introvert, but I’m warm and personable, I’ve actually made genuine friends out of past roommate situations when the vibe was right! I’m not looking for someone to hang out with every day, but I’m absolutely open to a friendship that develops naturally. I just thrive in a home where everyone has their own space and there’s no pressure to be “on” all the time. Additionally, I’m not looking to live in a household with children since I already work with children. While I am lowkey, outside of work and studying, I engage in a variety of hobbies. I dance, do yoga, and do aerial sports, which keep me active, grounded, and usually out of the house when I’m not working or hitting the books. As for what I’m looking for in a roommate I’d love to live with someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful of personal space, and privacy. I would prefer a home that stays calm and lowkey. At the end of the day, I’m just looking for a peaceful place to call home while I finish this chapter of my journey. I look forward to connecting and discussing more!
