Hello, I’m looking for a room or I’m willing to up my budget for other roomies who would be interested in going in on an apartment together within or around the Tracy area such as Manteca, Modesto and Stockton. My move out date isn’t accurate on here but I’m willing to compromise to move out sooner or later than my posted date. I would like to take time to discuss rules and budgets before committing to a roommate. I’d prefer another female roommate but exceptions may be made for other male roomies.
