I am not a party person, I do not drink alcohol not even socially, no smoking of any type, completely sober. I am responsible, especially when it comes to bills, I was once late to pay Verizon back in 2009, by about 4 days late, only time. I am very clean, exceptionally, I can keep house very well.

I need a place to be my home base, I enjoy Mechanicsburg, however I do not want to pay outrageous rents. I simply want to live in peace, and not break the bank, maybe have my father over once or twice a year if he were to visit. Have a corner of my own, somewhere safe. I travel a lot, can be away for a week to 3 weeks sometimes, and sometimes be a homebody and never leave the house unless tobge t groceries. My social circle is small, that’s how I like things, keeps things organized, I enjoy organization. I sincerely enjoy cleaning, folding laundry, cleaning the dishes. I do not enjoy mowing lawns, however I can definitely hold my end of it as a chore. I love a simple and boring life.
