Hey everyone I’m Emily and I’m a 3rd year environmental studies major looking for a single room to rent for the 22’23’ school year. My budget is $1500 but there is some room for flexibility. I’m a big surfer, love making art, music, tending to my plants, and exploring the cool places in sb. Would prefer a place outside of the noise and chaos of iv as I work a lot, but still remain in the Goleta area. I’m communicative, respectful, and clean as a housemate. During the week I like to chill and focus on school/ my job, but if I have time on the weekends I’m down to go out and have fun! 420 friendly!🌲❤️I would love to find a place to live with likeminded people and possibly make some great friends as well:)
