Hello there. My name is Sean. I’m easy-going. Quiet, respectful and I have great hygiene. I clean up after myself. I am looking for a room to rent for 2-4 week. Basically I am going to be working 12 hour shifts every day I’m there including Sundays. It is a 2 week shutdown with the chance of the work going an extra day to two weeks. I’ll know more about the duration after the first week. I am willing the pay for a month up front and a security deposit and we can work out whether or not I get some of the rent back if I’m only there for two weeks or partial or…whatever we agree on.
