Hi everyone, I’m looking for a room to rent for 3-6 weeks beginning ASAP. Seeking a quiet, neat space with:

• Parking
• A bed, chair and table at a minimum.
• Utilities included.

Budget is $200-300 per week, depending on suitability, amenities, and location. The closer to East San Jose, the better, though I’m open to most of the Bay.

About me:

• Originally from Sydney 🇦🇺
• Avid traveller
• Consultant turned trainee pilot ✈️
• Vegan for 4 years 🌱
• Amateur baker (yes I can bake for you) 🍰 🍪

My primary use of the space will be to sleep and study. Hell, I could probably make do with a couch instead of a room as long as it’s a quiet place without distractions during the day. I wont mess up your kitchen or have guests over. I’ll be gone several days throughout my stay, and when I’m there, I’ll happily stay out of your hair. My budget isn’t huge, but I’m a wonderful, quiet, maintenance-free, short term tenant 🙂

Might need a place for a few weeks in October too!
