Am looking to move between June & August 2024. Looking for 1-3 roommates prefer no couples. To get a place and would be nice if interested in some of the same things as I know I’ll need a extra pair of hands or 2 and would be nice to find some serious business partners and great friends!

I’m open to moving most places in the US I don’t really care, I just hate the cold so not too high north, and would prefer to be closer to not be on the east coast, but the right home and yard id be willing to settle since a yr or so from now will be rich and can move wherever id like to God willing🙏💯

I have quite a long resume from a licensed mixologist, bar manager, server, machine operator, delivery driver, valet, hotel supervisor, care giver, vet tech, and more, but currently am very invested and take my business plans very serious which includes eventually having my own Marijuana Farm & my own dispensary & products, a small dog breeding kennel (not a backyard breeder, developing my own breeds and registry), eventually having my own food truck, bar and lounge and animal rescue & hospital as well and my main passion is music, im a singer (and after that is dogs, food and the lords leaf😏lol) and creating my own music festival to name a few!

So I plan to move into a house where no neighbors are right in your face lol, most like a house with acreage, anywhere between 2 & 25 acres, will still be close to a city and things as I still will work until business picks up enough, and performing and networking requires me to be close enough to a city.

I currently have 11dogs😅, all are trained, have pens, kennels, house trained, and of course leashes muzzles, baby gates and correction collars that beep vibrate or thoroughly electrocute when need LMAOO and bark collars if needed “bed time” usually between 10:30pm & 7:00am if neighbors are close by, and of course they have to earn full reign of the house unsupervised and. Their are rules (like not allowed in the kitchen or laundry room at ever, and never in the bathrooms or someone else room w/o permission, and more can discuss later about it.

Also, plan to have hopefully about 3 horses eventually, and LOTS of chickens(which means free chicken & eggs and healthier too!) and am deciding on a couple cows and goats and someday would like 2 MaineCoon cats and 2 Siamese cats(and am debating on a couple peacocks since they eats ticks, fleas and snakes and i dont like those so might get 2-4 to have for that). Also plan to build a huge pool depending on the space as I LOVE to swim but just don’t like open water like beach or lake etc. and of course with all the grass will have free hay, plan to build my own recording studio either in the house, garage, shed or barn depending on the place, also will be getting USDA certified soon and I HATE driving so anyone interested in transporting pups to and from their new homes you can basically make your own rates and make great money a few thousand a week at least, I will have at least 3 vehicles but can only drive one at a time obviously, and will have quite a diverse garden if i can help it. So if you like, dogs, puppies, music, singing, marijuana, good food, or like farm life or just like being away and having privacy at home but still like to have fun or love making money and really have the passion and drive to build some shit then hmu and let’s talk!

A bit about me, Im a dude in my 20’s, I’m not shy and very honest but do prefer to be by myself alot of the time, I dont like confrontation so if people are arguing i will try to end it immediately or just remove myself, however everybody has a past and if someone tried to break in out home, just find somewhere to hide and ill come get you when I’m finished taking care of that😎 lol. I’m usually just singing, talking to myself, cussing the dogs out, working on business plans or watching anime. And I’m usually just in sweats, scrubs or shorts and working with the dogs(like in my pic), cleaning, working out, barely shaved, but i clean up nice af! Don’t sleep on me, I’m still a artist and love fashion, my swag is crazy when I want it to be, I can step in ANY room (just prefer to not leave home if I don’t have to lol)

The whole world is insane and that can’t be helped BUT the one place I feel should not have to deal with foolishness is your home, no crazy family, neighbors, old friends, social media just whoever lives there who don’t have to worry about anything except paying their share and being themselves and not have to worry about no Karen’s, crazy ex’s, nobody with a camera in your face, just living life and getting money, being your own boss and doing wtf you want!
