Hi, I’m interested in this room.

Status: recent graduate interning at UN untill May 31. Moving in date: ASAP length of stay: 4 months till May 31( will continue staying after as long as I live in NYC)

key words: a respectful recent graduate, spend most of my time working outside, or mind my own business inside the apartment.

Schedule: I leave my place by 9 am Monday to Thursday, and come back at 2.30, start using bathroom at 8, and go to sleep at 10.

Daily life: After home, I just work out, read, write, and look for full time paid job. pretty much completely occupied. on weekends pretty much same, sometimes if I have chance go on dates, I will bring girls home(to have sex with), other than that, not really much. I dont cook that much, once a week at most(O prder food delivery most of time now, don’t really have time to cook).

Bathroom use: Weekdays (Monday to Thursday for me now:) roughly from 7.30 to 8.30 in the moring on weekends: I wake up at the same time or 1 hour later then bathroom is from 8.10 to 9.30 around, at night(every day): I shower long and use bathroom from 8 to 9.30 flexiably.

belong and baggages: A 48x26 inches desk, and a queen size bed if the room is not furnished, need a at least a full size bed.

Hopefully find a mutually respectful, roommate, sharing common space fairly, and a quiet place.
