Greetings, I am a 66 year old female looking to rent a room. I can give you proof of employment. I have been at my present job going on 8 years. I don’t mind helping pay for the snow removal since I have to be able to get back and forth to work without digging a tunnel to my vehicle. I am off work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I work every weekend. My hours are anywhere between 5am to 4pm. I pretty much stay to myself when in my room because I am pretty exhausted by the time I get home. I can give you my present landlords name and phone number so you can check what kind of renter I have been. They are raising the rent to where I can’t afford to stay, because of their own cost has gone up. I have been here 3 years as of Aug. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I know it’s more than you asked for, but I guess I get kind of windy.
