I am an independent artist, a PhD student, and a teaching assistant in the arts at UTD University in Richardson, Texas. I am single, organized, thoughtful, quiet, creative, and considerate. I am seeking to rent a room or a place near the campus. I typically prefer having a roommate to split the monthly rent. Alternatively, if someone is interested in sharing their house with me, I am open to that arrangement and willing to pay monthly rent and utilities. My preferred move-in date is August, but I can move in June or July if I find a suitable place.
