I’m a successful professional looking to downsize after the sale of my home and before I buy another. Flexible as to the term of stay and want to be near my youngest son who lives with his mom in Hingham, but whom I will visit (and stay at his mom’s place) a number of nights per week. I’m neat and clean and am a minimalist so won’t be an intrusion into your space. I travel a lot for work, too, so won’t often be there.
